sir, I had ordered symphony air cooler on 30/05/2013 with full payment in advance. I received a wrong product from snapdeal on 06/06/2013, when i informed about the delivery of the wrong product on the same day, they acknowledged me and also assured me to deliver my ordered product.The return pickup of the wrong product is done on 28/06/2013 after continue requesting by me since 06/06/2013.After, that till date I am requesting to deliver my ordered product but neither they contact me nor giving my ordered product, and when I contact with the customer care they assure me for delivery within 2-3 working days.I also sent email for delivery of the ordered product 2-3 times but I did not get my product. Again when I called up on 23/07/2013 they told me that we are unable to deliver your ordered product,therefore we initiated your refund to your account on 13/07/2013, but I did not get any refund to my account till 24/07/2013.
STILL I WANT MY ORDERED PRODUCT. OR THEY COMPENSATE ME FOR THIS FRAUD AND HARASSMENT BY REFUNDING DOUBLE OF MY PAID AMOUNT. SIR, I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK THIS MATTER AS I AM VERY HELPLESS AS THEY PEOPLE HAVE FRAUD ME AND HARASSED AS WELL.
