I placed an order on Snapdeal for Chromozome Briefs (Product 2531589433) on 27.03.14. Order No. is 1872811379. They promised me to deliver it latest by 31.03.14. However I didn’t receive any product. So, I complained to them on 01.04.14 at their customer care (Complaint No. 5780736) and they promised to take action within 2 days. But no action was taken. I again complained on 03.04.14 (Complaint No. 5820984) and demanded for refund. But they said my order is in process and it will be delivered within next 3 days. After waiting for 7 more days, I complained to them last time on 10.04.14 (Complaint No. 5929416). This time also, they told me to have patience and the product will be delivered soon but till date, I have received neither any product nor any communication from Snapdeal.

I don’t want this product now. I want the full refund of my hard earned money and compensation of Rs.10,000/-. I request you to please register my complaint against Snapdeal and take stringent action.
