wish to lodge a complaint against snap deal that they have taken the money for the Headphones I had ordered but are not delivering the same as promised. There has been a delay of like a month and now I doubt their intention to deliver my product but they may run with my money. Every time I contact them, the only reply I get is that the product will reach you soon. I dot trust them any more as I think they will not give my money back and also not deliver. I want my product to be delivered at my doorstep along with a compensation for the harassment which I have faced due to which my health is also being degraded.
