I placed a purchase order on 24th June 2014 to Snapdeal for purchasing a mobile MICROMAX Canvas 2.2 A 116 and Flip Back Cover. The order was accepted vide ref no. 2319355042 by Snapdeal.Flip Cover was delivered to me on 29th June,2014 against cash payment.The mobile was delivered to me on 5th July,2014 against cash payment. I complained for replacement of mobile on 11th July 2014.There was a complain of remove touch in left bottom of the mobile. They send their courier to me on 17th July,2014.The courier gave me a computer generated receipt of Flip Cover. I was surprised.There was no complain in the Flip Cover. It is to be noted that there is no option of replacement/refund of Flip Cover in the company. I refused to give the mobile to the Courier. The courier advised me to contact the customer care of Snapdeasl. I contacted the customer on telephone immediately. The customer care advised me to hand over the mobile to the courier. He said that mobile would be replaced . I handed over the mobile to the courier. A courier came to me on 22nd July,2014 with a Flip Cover . I again contacted the customer care. He prohibited me to accept the Flip Cover. I obeyed customer care.The courier returned with the Flip Cover. The mobile has been received by the Snapdeal in their office on 27th July,2014. Till date they have not returned the mobile to me.They have credited the cost of Flip Cover i.e.Rs 397.00 only in my bank account.The original Flip back Cover with packing is available with me. I want replacement of my the mobile or refund of cost of the mobile immediately.I fear that they are trying to cheat me.
I want replacement or refund of the mobile immediately with interest of cost of the mobile and cost of phone and email. I have sent more than 10 mails for replacement of the mobile. I have spent Rs 500.00(Approximately)in phone.My family is disturbed due to non returning of the mobile.Compensation may also be given to me.
