I had ordered a Plantronics Ml2 bluetooth online from the website in the early january , had recieved the product defective , the voice cracked in between and the product lost connection automatically . I launched a complaint and a similar model was shipped back to me without any call back asking the problem and if i wanted to change the product with some other product . I refused to recieve the product and asked for the refund in the form of snapdeal cash so that i can buy a bluetooth from some other brand . It has been more than a month i have called the customer care , written a number of emails and tried to do all possible resources this being my last . The customer manangers were so rude in dealing with the consumer that no response has been given to me .
I want relief from them to refund the money as early as possible alongwith bearing the consequences of the damage to my car , to the mobile bills .
