SnapDeal – not refunding my money

We bought a shoe rack from Snapdeal and it was delivered to us on 13thJuly2013.However, after checking the product (on the same day), we came to know that the product was damaged and the screws(for assembling the product) and stands were missing. We immediately called the customer care and complaint about the same. Even after a week post our complaint, neither the product was replaced nor was any missing screws or stand provided to us.I have send many mails after that asking about the status. Tried calling the customer care too. However, they have spoken to me very rudely and they do not have any idea about the cause of delay. Most of the time they have been telling that because of technical issue they cannot see my complaint and so I should call them later. I have already sent the mail to return my money but have got no concrete replies. They send a mail saying that the product would be picked up in 4 business days but nobody comes to pick it up. This has already happened for two times.Now they are ignoring me.

I want Snapdeal to refund the amount of the shoe rack and compensate for the mental harassment and frustation/depression they have caused to me.
