I have ordered silver coin of Rs. 2499/- online from Snapdeal.com as per their terms i had done part payment of Rs.499/- on 13 Nov 2013 and they have mailed me for the balance payment of Rs 2000 on 18 Dec 13, but when i tried to make this payment their system was not accepting payment due to some technical problems, when i have asked them about solution, they were not giving any concrete solution to the problem, even i had asked them to send the product and collect cash from me, but it went in vain, still they have not found any solution on this and now not replying to my emails but i need this product anyhow

I want them to send me the product at the earliest.
