SnapDeal – online shopping Not geting refund

I had placed an online order on 09.06.2013 on sanpdeal.com via.. 1039542354 for two fans which are light brown in colour but they delivered black in colour.First of all they had not delivered the fans in time and second when delivered they are not what I ordered. I had returned both fans. Reverse delivery done on 21.06.2013 via.. receipt number 11118158382/ Snapdeal (1394661595). After that they did not call me when I called customer care then they asked for my bank details and I provided them my bank details on 29.06.2013. On 01.07.2013 I got confirmed that my money will be refunded when I called customer care. I received confirmation msg and email for refund from customer care on 03.07.2013 but they refund money only for one fan on 04.07.2013. When I called up customer care then they did not provide me any reason for that and I again got confirm that my refund (Complaint no 1039542354) is in process on 16.07.2013 but when I did not received any confirmation msg and email then I again call them after that I received msg and email on 23.07.2013. But I did not receive my rest money sofar.

I want my money back for one fan and Rs 10000/- as a compentation for the Inconvenience I faced and loss of my Time, Money energy. It is going to cross 2 months from purchasing which is unacceptable as I purchased fans for summers but because of them I could not purchase fans on time and I suffer in the buring summers.
