Ordered an HTC one m8 phone on 12-12-2014 on snapdeal for the price of INR 34798 by credit card.ORDER ID was 3957095308.With the message of “will be dispatched by 15th Dec” I saw no development of status further.On 15th Dec, it changed to “Will be displayed by 18th Dec”.Same status displayed all over “Under process by seller”.On 17th dec morning, the order got cancelled without my intimation.intimation. Surprise, I called customer care executive who told that due to unable to process the order within some specified days it got cancelled automatically, which is part of their terms and I was unaware.On asking why it didn’t get processed, he replied “out of stock”.On asking why you took order despite out of stock.While purchasing the product was in Stock, and at the time of delivery it got out.If this message got displayed at the time of buying then I could have managed to buy somewhere else(Yes, GOSF was going on that period).Unable to answer clearly, he started being rude and saying NOONE HAS ASKED OR INVITED YOU TO BUY FROM US !!!!! Shockingly I proffered thanks to him for hearing me out and hanged up call. Don’t know why they are doing and behaving like this.Definitely this will prompt me to turn somewhere else and with burnt finger definitely I will probably never buy from or recommend snapdeal. Loss of other offers/deals somewhere else caused by this is irreparable which they don’t understand. Need clear guidance/instructions/message to them to stop displaying false information about product. Looks like earning money by fooling/cheating people is their sole goal rather than scoring points on customer satisfaction.

Others should also see the face of snapdeal spurious claim/offer/information and definitely all should be made cautious and alert not to fall in trap.
