This is in reference to the Order ID: 891540796 with snapdeal.com. The product I ordered was a ‘Gillette Fusion Pack of 8 Cartridges’ dated 26th Feb 2013, Today is 14th of March 2013 and still haven’t received my order. Worst of all, the estimated shipping date as 01st of March 2013. I have complained to Snapdeal several times and get the same bureaucratic answers “we don’t have stock”, “I’ve escalated this to concerned department”, “we will ship it soonest”. I don’t want my order to be refunded and just need the item as soon as possible. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.
