Sir/Madam I had ordered my product on 25/04/2014 and received just trimmer on 28/04/2014 then i complained the authorities about this and they assured me action by filing complaint numbered as 6271218. I did not got any result till date i.e 18/05/2014 after making atleast 5 phone calls on regular basis with 2-3 days gap.

I have paid them sum of Rs. 640 for both items. But continuous lies by them had hurted me as the trust is not established. If they will do like this then how a person can shop this way i.e online shopping

I just want you to take some strict action against these liars
