Product order number: 3563437563 complaint number 12227721 A month back I returned a product(phillips speaker) as it was defected. The product returned was successful but amount of Rs 1600 was not refunded. When I followed up with the snapdeal they gave me the reference number stating that they have refunded my amount. After confirming it from the bank i got to know that no such credit has been done in my account. Till now I keep on calling Snapdeal for the refund but they are not paying the money back. Please help in this regard.

I want my money back as they are cheating on me. I have all the proofs like product purchased details and the credit card statement through which I purchased the product.
