i have ordered an electrolux microwave oven with snap deal on 16/10/2013 and made full payment of rs.4799. order no: 1336810646. they neither delivered the product nor giving refund, they are dodging each and every day that they’l despatch the product in the next working day.

i need the product to be delivered or refund of the paid amount(rs:4799) from snap deal
