I have purchased one product from Snap deal (Skybags Panama Strolly Exp 54 cm Black/order no:1557663002 on 30 Dec, 2013). Till now product is not delivered and also no refund.I am calling and mailing them again and again by but no reply from them.I told them that i will file complain in consumer forum but no reply. Please take some action against them. Now they have disabled cancellation option and money is deducted from my account.

I want them to deliver my product ASAP.Also please put fine on them so that in future they will not do this kind of mistake. Thanks in Advance..
