SnapDeal – Product not delivered/Amount not refunded

I ordered Micromax X351 Black+Silver phone through online in Snapdeal.com with the amount Rs.1403 on 6thOctober,2013. They display the estimated shipping address as 9thOctober,2013. But still the product is not dispatched and the status is not updated yet. I called Snapdeal representative many times as follows, 09/10/2013 – 05:47PM 10/10/2013 – 07:40PM 14/10/2013 – 07:35PM 15/10/2013 – 10:11PM I felt very bad and so I asked for cancellation. Every time they told that it will be updated tomorrow. But that is not updated yet. I didn’t experience that kind of very worst situation that they give to me. I suffered a lot. I wont call them anymore. I can’t pay the phone bills for this, as that phone number is not a toll free number. Attached file is for your reference.
