I purchased a watch from snapdeal of Casio worth rs,11000. delivery came from Mumbai with the lokhandwala watches Pvt Ltd. With in a month some problem came in watch, so I visited to near by service center of brand. But when they opened it they says it’s fake Casio, machinery is not the Casio machinery. So they charged for a brand but the product they given to its fake.

I want my money back and some penalty To lokhandwala watches Pvt Ltd.so they cannot cheat to anyone else in feture.
