Hi, I have ordered HPMU06 Battery from SNAPDEAL 1918550853 complaint no:6152062 . On 11th April i got the product. In that i have faced battery problem issue. Calibrate problem. so, i initiate for replacement on that battery. by the requesting of me they replacement new battery and i got it on 21st April new battery. I have faced the problem on the next minute of i used. Battery is not properly charging. 7pm to 1am i charged. it charged only 5% only. by tgis issue i want to get clarity i went to HP CARE, MAHA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD< KHARITHABAD HYDERABAD. they are saying its is japan product warranty is not valid in india. i asked reason also. they replied CTN no for HP india it is 14digits. but what i have get it has 19digits. So, i raised a refund complaint of my product. they got it also after. the problem starts now again with snapdeal. they are again replacement battery. i have forwarded 12 mails to them regarding refund. but still they are not properly responding. In that Palak malhotra, raised the issue all the time. when i requested for replacement they inititate for refund. again when i asked for refund they inititate for replacement,. Need your support to resolve my issue. i dont need any products from them anymore, i need my money back.
i need refund of my product. i already initiated complaints to them but no response. i need REFUND of my money 2599/-.
