DEAR SIR,MADAM I was purchased i ball andi 3.5kke mobile phone in snapdeal.com. i was delivered that mobile by bluedart couriers in December 2nd of 2013.when i delivered the mobile phone i saw there is one red colour spot on mobile screen,but i don’t mind that may be because of dust particles that sticked. but after two days of using the phone screen is breaking slowly.then i took that to iball service centre,they saw that and told me it may be a manufacturing defect.but we cant handle this.so i contact snapdeal,they told me to return the mobile phone to us.so i was sent back that with st courier on december 10th 2013.so i scanned courier slip and sent mail to snapdeal. they gave 150rs as refund for courier charge.the courier was delivered to snapdeal on 12th december. but till now i didn’t get any information about my retrun. they always saying that our concern team is processing your request.please wait for 48 hours .sir iam waiting for more than 1 month,they are trying to cheat me. i am not that much educated.please take action.my complaint number in snapdeal is #4170277 please sir …the phone cost is Rs.3044
