i booked an godrej washing machine through snap deal on 05/09/2013 on EMI mode through my credit card for the value of Rs 10593.I received the shipment in damaged condition on 16/09/2013 and i raised the complaint initiating to return the product and refund my amount back my complaint no : 3238468, the reverse pick up was done on 26/09/2013.Till date i haven’t seen any progress happening on my refund.

i want my refund for the product Rs 10593 plus the interest on the first EMI rs 1770 and the communication charges done to snapdeal i need the refund as soon as possible as my second EMI falls on 30.10.2013
