SnapDeal – Refund not given for the failed transaction

I bought Garmin nuvi 42lm GPS from snapdeal and the transaction got failed for the first time and the money is deducted from my account. The purchase happened on 15th December 2013 and this is the ordered 1511126568. I raised the case with their customer care and till now no proper updates from them. They keep on saying other team is working on the request. This is the case id 439209

Need my money back.
