Sir, I had ordered M3 proteck projector of Rs. 6599/- with Snap Deal on 1/8/2013. Order No: 1151632365. On 7/8/2013, I received VDX Projector with an invoice of(Rs.6599/-) M3 Proteck Projector. Same day, I informed them.They had given me a complaint number. Complaint No: 2772247 They said that they want the photographs of the wrong product. On Aug 9, I send the photographs of VDX projector to them. On Aug 12, I returned the product to them through Blue Dart courier, Kayamkulam branch. Courier no: 60161189314 The courier bill of Rs. 465/- had send to them by scanned mail. After that, I contacted them many times for my cash return. on Aug 19/2013 they asked my bank details for refund the amount. On the same day I send the bank Details. After that I contacted them most of the days. Every day they are saying that within 24-48 hours, you will get cash. Again 3 times I had send the bank details.But until this time I am waiting for money. Sir, please help me to get the cash immediately and stop this type of cheating of online companies

Sir, Now I am eagerly waiting for the amount,Rs.6599+ Courier charge Rs. 465. But now I am kindely asking that Have any chances for getting compensation for me? Because my family is very much suffering due to Snap Deal.
