I had purchased a samsung tusi power bank of 9000 mAh from snapdeal order number 4511473094 on 27th jan 2015 with 80% discount as provided by snapdeal and after using 7 days it was not giving backup I had few words with snapdeal regarding this and they said samsung will provide warranty as 7 days has crossed we are unable to do anything I went to Samsung service center(sidhant telecom) to complaint where they kept my product for 10 days after 10 days I went there and again they kept me on waiting for 7 days and 5 days respectively after that I went there more than 10 times and i wanted the work done as soon as possible because i deserve it but they started avoiding it and annoyed me and after a month n few days they summoned me and given back my product saying that it is not a product of samsung this is a fake product and this was the most embarrassing for me I returned home felling cheated and i think to give up but suddenly I felt I have many options open I didn’t do anything wrong i should fight and again i called snapdeal recited them what i went through what samsung has done to me and then snapdeal said take that in written from samsung that the product is fake we will provide you same mAh of samsung power bank I went sidhant telecom samsung service center and asked for written they make me seated over there for about an hour and Mr Jay (saying that he is thr manager over there) who told me my product was fake came and again submitted my product saying it’s authentic on 17/04/2015 and from that day they started irritating me avoiding me i went there seated over there for hours and hours they just stand there as statue and I am hammering my head on them every time they said come after 3 days 5 days 2 days every time same thing happened after 15 days they said samsung has stopped manufacturing this product and offered me refund but i refused because i want the product i called samsung toll-free many times and it must me more than 50 times every time they said okay we will provide you a better solution and till now they are saying that only
I want the original power bank along with the compensation of rupees (1500000) fifteen lakhs only in cash and an apology letter from samsung company and from Mr.Jay of sidhant telecom which is a part of samsung not to harass the customers and provide them the proper solution.
