Dear Sir, I have given an order on Snapdeal website based on their Diwali Offer on 23rd October for Panasonic HD LED TV- TH42A410D model. They have given Hugh advertisement about their best services and product assurance. So I have paid them through online payment. But after 10 days they have cancelled my order and given me the reason that seller is unable to give us the product on committed price.

Being a customer, i am in loss because during this Diwali festival other retailer also providing good offer, but we are highly influence by Snapdeal advertisement, which they are showing on TV and Newspaper. So finally i did not able to get the product on time and as per given money. This is not only case with any individual but this company is doing the same thing with across India. If you will not take proper action then in future they will do at large scale.
