SnapDeal Shipped Broken Asus Laptop – No Response by Customer Care

The laptop was ordered from snapdeal . The mode of payment was cash on delivery. The laptop was delivered at my native place kannur on 21 august 2013 When i unpacked the delivery , the laptop display screen had a crack . The delivery packing was substandard as per normal norms . I registered a complaint on 23rd august 2013 as required for a refund or return of a damaged product within the period of 2 days.(7 days is the time alloted by smapdeal for making such complaints). I was assigned complaint ticket no 2967171 from customer care executives. The images of the delivered product with the display screen damaged were sent to the snapdeal customer care representatives as required on 23rd august 2013 itself as required by snapdeal customer care representatives. Even after 10 days, the customer care executives say they are still investigating into what went went wrong. I made a call every alternate day during each of these 10 days and each day customer care promised to provide a solution the very next day but when i called the next day , they put off their promise to the next day making a fool of me. The promise to get back the snapdeal cash within 12 hours of requesting a refund or return in case of damaged product was not followed. Still stuck with the laptop.
