I bought VeeDee 5 In 1 3G Wireless Router Broadband Power Wi-Fi Hotspot MPR-M1 from SnapDeal.com vide order number 1227645295 on 1st Sep. 2013.

This product was delivered within four days, however when i checked this product and found that its not working because of dead battery. When I contacted Snapdeal.com and they said that they can only replace the product within seven days only, now i have to go the Services Centre of this product (as this product is under one year warranty) however when I checked this is China made product and no service centre is available in India. I called up Snapdeal again they redirected to the seller of this product – VeeDee Enterprises, Mumbai and after that I contacted Veedee Enterprises, they also refused to help me.

Now I am feeling being cheated as they are selling the product by providing the misleading information, now you are requested to please help me and raise my voice to Snapdeal and warn them not to sell misleading product and improving their customer after sales services.
