SnapDeal Shopping – No Customer Service

I was bought mobile from snapdeal, after 10 days i got some problem and sent it for replacement but they are saying product is upto mark so we are sending same product back, then who is responsible for that problem, and one of the worst customer support don’t encourage snapdeal.

I ordered via COD a smartphone of Rs 5500 on 1st October 2016 after receiving the products I found damage so I returned it… they promise me to return in 2 days but it is now 3 week gone but I did not receive my phone
