I purchased a earphone/headphone from Snapdeal on 16th for 2900 Rupees with a 1 year guarantee/Warranty. The product stopped working and now Snapdeal are not taking my warranty complaint. They are not giving me any resolution.
Due to this issue. I saved 3000 to buy this earphone and in 4 months it went bad. It is not working. As a student it is really hard to save 3000 to buy an earphone and I feel really sad in what way Snapdeal is behaving with me. They are totally non caring with the issue I am facing right now.
I want a replaced product. As it has a warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.
