The above said order was placed in the snapdeal on 25 th January 2016 by the way of order no.11335230776. The product name is “Smart Shelter Super Heavy Duty Front Loading Washing Machine Trolley (24 X 18 inch)” Cost is Rs.1056/-. Payment Mode is COD. But the product was delivered wrong product as the name of “Smart Shelter Top Loading Washing Machine Trolley, size 16×18 inches cost is Rs.748/-. Hence this wrong product returned by me and asked them to sent correct product. But they again sent the same Wrong product. Again sent to them, they again sent me the same wrong product. Three times they were sent same wrong product. So that I claim the Refund in that cart. My Refund accounted in the Freecharge Account. I again applied in the freecharge amount to be transferred to my bank account. They sent OTP no to my registered mobi le and applied the same. But till now my refund is not credited to my bank account. I made several complaints both snapdeal and freecharge customer care but no response. They are saying we are looking your matter seriously, we will credit your refund soon. They are regularly saying like this. Please help me to get my amount with penalty due to the frustration created by this shopping cart people.
