I ordered for footwear in discount. I received wrong size. They committed to replace the size. But after the offer got over I received a mail saying that they will put the money in my account n I need to consume it in 6 months. The product I ordered was showing available even then. When I complaint, they said they would refund my money in my account after 7 working days. They take the money on branded products during offer and refund it on non branded products in which you don’t get regular sizes. They force you to buy at full price. N cheat the customer. Please help. I don’t want to give them my bank details. And I need them to live upto the commitment they made.

Out of 4 pair of footwear I have received only one and I have paid for 2. I had to sacrifice my work for the delivery and reverse pick up. I have been calling them up almost everyday without any response from them. I have been harassed for 5 days and still not got my money back in any form. The total amount due with them is rs 1020/-. I did not buy from other online sites as I was expecting the same from them. Now the EOSS is over and neither did I receive the order and in addition I lost my money.
