I bought SONY MDR-XB30/WC INEAR PHONES.Not at all satisfied with the product.It is not original.It is duplicate.Not at all satisfied with the build design and quality of the sound.It looks very cheap to the cost I put to purchased it.I did not receive any warranty is with it.No hologram even.DUPLICATE

I want my money back or replace the product with the original.I’m filing complaint against SNAPDEAL.
