Dear Sir/Madam My name is Anil Nayak, i have purchased one Kent 8 Ltr Pearl RO Water Purifier online from SNAPDEAL.Com on Order Placed on : 2014-04-29 11:35:41 at Rs 14630 with Special discount, they sent me all details regarding orders and also about dispatched date 7th May 2014. I have been regularly follow up with courier and snapdeal as well on 15th May 2014 again i called and found that my order has not dispatched its been cancelled without any my intimation because of some issue related to special discount i believe. I have give so much time to follow with it them during my office hours. Kindly take appropriate action against it so that further no one can face this problem. Best Regards, Anil Nayak
