had ordered a new Smmtronics Xpad Tablet through Snapdeal online service on 22-Feb-2014, got the delivery on 28-Feb-2014 from them through courier. i opened the packed box & switched on the tablet and found small white patches on the screen at 2-3 places which was very much irritating & was not able to cncentrate on the other part of the screen. So i called snapdeal customercare on the very next day and they said they will arrange for the reverse pickup. On 1st March-2014 the product was reverse picked from me which was sent through the Flight courier assigned by the snapdeal only. later after 3-4 days i tried calling snapdeal to check the status on that, they are not clear what is the staus of the product, sometimes they say the product is not received at their end & sometimes they say it is with quality check department. Till date i havent got confirmed status on that.
First of all, i require my complete money with interest as it is around 20days after my payment done thriugh creditcard. i want mobile charge for calling and talking with them for N number of times wasting my time without any result. They need to pay for the time i wasted out of which i could have brought it from the physical shopkeeper. They should be charged with fine for delaying on the staus for refund.
