I have booked A monitor make BENQ, Model EW2430, on 21.12.2013 through snapdeal.com – Order Placed on 2013-12-21 – vide order no. 1530628530 and the same was delivered on 27th December 2013 when I was away from home. On 29th Dec 2013 I back to home and opened the packing found the monitor is a second hand i.e. used one. Immediately the same was informed to the customer support staff Mr.Mukesh had attended my call in 9212692126 and mail sent to trust pay simultaneously and Snapdeal Customer Support Request 4522200 is allotted.And got reply that Dear RAJENDRAN G,Thank you for contacting Snapdeal.com. But so far no action has been taken either to refund my amount or take back and replace with new one. It is very much frustrating and my friends are discouraging and hence I affected with mental agony and my BP shot up . The supplied Monitor has no symptoms of a brand new Item as the item is soiled and the date of manufacture is August 2012 even the power cable not supplied they suppose to give 4 cables power cable, Audio Cable, Video Cable and USB Cable and user Manual. Therefore I kindly request to take some action to order snapdeal to replace the monitor with new one and redress my difficulties please.
The same may be replaced with brand new monitor including all accessories supplied by the manufacturer and company packed or the amount paid by me to be refunded immediately by snapdeal.
