I had ordered a HTC mobile charger. they took long time to delivered and also when it was delivered found that product was a used one and scratched were there on product so i asked to replace. they took long to replace and again the product replaced is not working and again used one. I requested them so many time on mail to take corrective action to resolve my issue but got no revert. Facing mental harassment and also every time i am begging my friend to give their charger to me for charging my mobile phone which is not right when i have paid money to buy a product why m i not getting the right product. Moreover these people are not bothered about any legacy. i informed them twice that if no action would e taken i will file complaint against them. Still no revert. I am aware consumer and i feel that my grievances will get resolved here. I have only hope left here with consumer court. its not about money its about the malpractices that these people are following in market by making us fool. Are we suppose to follow up with them always to get my product or i can rely on our rights protection authority. Please help me in getting this issue resolved. these people are trying to be bully, they are not afraid of any legacy and they do not give any concern to customer complaint.
