Dear Sir, I want to purchase stabilizer for my 1.5 Ton AC, after research, and online survey, I found V-Guard VG 400 which has been marketed and advertised as the best stabilizer for 1.5 Ton AC. I ordered the product from SNAPDEAL, an ecommerce platform. After installing the stabilizer to my AC, it doesn’t work at all. It fails to take the load of 1.5 ton AC as marketed on its website, online platform and by other media sources. I complained about the non- working of the product. After 2 consecutive visit and their technician couldn’t solve the issue. After few days, i got a call from their customer service saying that, this product can increase the voltage just by 10 V and It can’t increase the voltage further whereas it mentioned its functionality from 170 – 270 volt.

I want to file a case against the company for false marketing in to the market to misguide the customers, for cheating with the consumers and stepping back to give the resolution and taking responsibilities. In addition to this, a monetary compensation of 5 lakh for the same so that, they shouldn’t dare to commit these mistakes in near future.
