i order a Vox Cordless Sports MP3/FM Player BM-080 online on snapdeal with order number 1149802011, instead i have received some other local brand with name “xxx” on it. i filed a complaint with snapdeal with tiket number 2757837, but they are not responding responsibly, they are asking me re do the packaging of product and courier it back to them, as they don’t have any services to collect the product from iit madras , as per them.i think that’s not the way to treat consumers.

get a right product, and compensation for not entertaining a consumer properly .
