Sony bravia LED TV – under warranty asking money for repair

My LED TV(under warranty) is giving some problem, reported to local ASP..they visited to check but saying that we have to pay the cost of part(Panel) as it is not covering in warranty because broken. TV is wall mounted and they only first opened it and set it back during check. If it is broken also then done by them intentionally.

Want my TV to be replaced properly as not sure after replacing that panel also by them how long will it work or at least replacement of that panel with warranty again to avoid this.
