Sony Ericsson – Defective phone replacement required

I have purchase Xperia SP on MAY 2013 from Vadodara and after 2 months my posting was done at Rajasthan where the phone started heating and gets switchoff. So I show to Service Center where they keep the handset for 7 days and replace the mother board. But When I bought the phone from service center the same problem repeat. At November 2013 I come back to Vadodara and show to service center, but they didn’t listen to my problem and told me to replace a new sim from Vodafone. I have change more than 5-6 sim but the same problem continues,I also have the same model which I have purchase on June 2013, when I insert the same sim it works properly in that (June purchase) handset, so I show them that both model are same and brand are same but in one handset the same sim is not working and in another handset it is working properly and then the service center took my phone.After that they kept it for 1 day and then when I went there they told me that my phone is repaired. But when I insert the sim the phone gets switch off and sensor doesn’t work. Again I gave them and told them that the phone is defective and please provide me the replacement. They told me that they will check and will provide. But when I went to the service center after 15 days the same problem was there. No solution was done. Even I have call service center and done mail more than 15-20 times but they are not providing any solution. JOB no. W113112300284 given to service center on Date:23/11/2013

Want Refund from the company or replacement.
