Sony Ericsson mobile – facing the same issue company asking me to pay

I just wanted to highlight the same issue what I was facing for the mobile.I have submitted the handset three times to the service centre and again and again the replaced the mouth and head piece but still I am facing the same issue and now Sony is asking me to pay for the failure of set as its not in warranty now. I got fed-up from the set and need my money back or need to replace the set.I called Sony centre and spoke to Mr. Ankit (Senior Executive repair department) also and he also didn’t provided any resolution. I was out of the country because I was not able to highlight the issue earlier, please resolve the issue (my money back or need to replace the set) as Sony is a good company and I expect a good resolution. It will be better if anyone from your side could call me.
