Hello, I have purchased Xperia M2 Dual on 2-May-2014. I got major defects in Phone within 20 mins of its use. Major issues are as belows. 1. Signal loss issue 2. Heating 3. Proximity sensor issue. Immediately contacted local Sony’s authorised service center – “Aaradhya Service center, Pune”. They also tested the 1st issue and they issued DOA letter. The DOA details are as below. DOA number – D114050300008. Date of DOA – 8 May 2014. You can track DOA status by clicking on below link http://sonymobile.servicetrack.in/default.aspx I have requested them to refund the handset amount instead of giving replacement for that handset They have refused by saying company policy. However, the new handset (given as replacement for DOA) has exactly same issues. Now, I don’t want to repeat this above process for 3rd time. So, I am asking for full refund for the phone. As I have received faulty handset from shop itself. Also, Service centre has given me the DOA (i.e. Defect on Arrival) letter I need full refund for the handset i.e (Rs. 20000/-) I am not at all interested in replacement of handset for 3rd time. I have attached receipt of purchased phone.
