Sir, I purchased a Sony kdl-42w670a from Navrang Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on 24.10.2013. it was installed by company men at 5.00 pm on 26.10.2013. I noticed a spot on the screen. Yes a noticed a spot on the screen. How sony sell a defective piece with doing the QC. I am very disappointed and felling cheated. It was difficult to understand that how sony selling through authorized dealer a defective piece. Please provide me a brand new piece duly quality checks.. model no – kdl-42w670a serial no -5402270 date of purchased – 24.10.2013 date of installation – 26.10.2013 For me this is not just a tv but a dream.
