I am facing very bad service from sony. I purchased new sony xperia Z3 in 28 Dec, 2014. It was working fine till 11 Jan when its display started flickering & gone dead after few mins. I rushed it to sony service center in Ghaziabad R.N Goel & Sons Pvt Ltd, (ph, 0120-2797060) my Job no is : W115011200925. First of all this so called premium phone failed to perform for even 20 days of purchase, its 50K Phone & it perfoms worse than 5000 phones in market. Another thing after i submitted it to service on 12 Jan, i have got no repairs no replacement till date. (yes “replacement” the sales guy told me that device will be replaced like iphone after any kind of fault, which come up as a big lie when i gave the phone to service center where they denied it openly). I spent 50000 Rupees for nothing, i cannot use my device, even i don’t know where my money gone.. it is all gone in vein? Have i done a biggest mistake of my life of trusting sony and purchasing a Premium phone. I called to customer care where they told me that service center are waiting for part to arrive for repairs. i don’t know from which part of world they are asking to send the part which taking around month to come.
