Sony VAIO Model no. SVE1513ACNB IN5 serial no: 0012000 laptop purchased on June 3, 2013, on the next day the laptop developed cracks on the screen, when asked the dealer and Sony Service station alleged that its a physical damage though there is no sign of physical damage on the laptop. It looks like the product was made out of cheap material and now the company do not want to own the responsibility. Please help.

I want the laptop to be replaced and a new laptop should be provided.
