I recieved a faulty xperia M dual mobile phone handset from sony Xperia . I purchased a xperia M dual from gabbar deals pune which was faulty as the camera was having a bluish and reddish tint in images and also the clarity was not of 5 mega pixel with no brightness in images and not properly focussed images . I went to the xperia service center of akola where the technician argued a lot with me denying the fault , and after proving the fault he agreed to provide me with a new replaced handset as per the sony warranty . After seven days I recieved the mobile with same faults of camera as described above , Also the sim card is rejected always and I ma unable to access internet I am feeling like cheated from Sony xperia for M dual as the phone lacks all the features been shown on the website os sony mobile and comapny is cheating and not providing resolutions for the complaints and not with the proper product .

I want my money refunded of the bill amount completely and a compensation of 50000 from sony xperia as I am cheated by them by not providing the right product and wasted my time . I want my full amount of refund with a compensation amount of rupees 50000 as the company has harassed mentally and cheated
