1. i submit my sony sl lt26i (imei no. 353617051179467) for repair under warranty on 17/12/13 which was forcefully changed with sony sp (c5302 imei no. 355810055034840) without my will on 01/01/14. This handset was again faulty and malfunctioned and very low in performance. 2. i again went to the service center on 6/01/2014, to show its slow functioning and request them to please give me the upgraded model. they assured me that we will forward your request to the higher authorities or to the concern person ( mr.akhilesh joshi. asi). he had given me some assurance but he took nearly 40 more days to discuss with his sony company. finaly he told me that i have to pay the difference amount for sony Z as compare with sony sp and forgot about your sony SL. i asked him why? but he said i m afraid , and could not do anything about it. this shows that I, the customer (gagan deep ) is a real (chootia ) made by sony and company. Moreover the difference amount was( RS.10000) higher than my expectation but i some how agreed and got ready to pay. 3. I again went to sony service centre as per the instructions given by Mr. Alkesh joshi , and submit the dd of difference amount of ( RS.10000) on 10/02/2014 for sony Z. they gave the another job sheet for the same date (10/02/2014) and told me that to come after 3 days and collect your handset on (14/02/2014). 4. I again visited to the service center to collect the sony Z as all the formalities had been processed but i was shocked to know that it would remain under-process and approval for this, still to come ( kya sony working days main apni *********ta hai ). i was sent back again and they took more 6 days to hand over the handset. . thanks and regards Gagan deep 9990449xxx 9810449xxx
