Respected Sir; Yesterday I have got the contact number of divisional manager Sony Mr. Debasish Pathok; HQ: INDORE and came to know he is looking into the case of above subject. I contacted him at around 630pm in his mobile number 09993544338; and after giving my details of Job sheet he behaves like loudly to me and said Either you take C5302 or wait for the set repairing; after so many request he just told me that expected on coming Wednesday it may delivered to you. Sir; this set is 50% value with comparison to my original set. My warrantee period also will be completed on 18th Jan’14. During his Ruud talk I came to know that this set now obsolete and all the complainer return the set getting C5302; If I do not want; I have to bare the consequences with the same set whatever it may be. Sir; the set Experia SL LT 26ii obsolete from market due to technical reason ; which I also have faced… my all the mobile inside accessories/parts were short circuit due to over heating issue. Now they want to overcome the case by only giving the set by any way in working condition and again by 1/2 month it will be not in work where I do not have any choice to repaired as warrantee will be over. Sir; I am a loyal citizen of India and working in private sector for enjoying life. By our precious money we used to purchased such set to enjoy of technical development of world.
