Sony India – laptop lcd display not changed under warranty period

With deep regret I had to write this mail because of the poor response, service provided by Sony Vaio Service centre , BRS Nagar , Ludhiana and getting into conclusion without listening and having proper feedback. I have personally visited there BRS Nagar Service centre on 03/10/2013 against which I was allotted JOB referance no– J31864003 dated 03/10/2013. I have told service centre representative that I was viewing the movie normally in mine laptop and suddenly there was some internally sparking / some kind of short circuit the laptop . Sparking sound was so loud that it had led to scratch with in LCD display. I would again like to reiterate that I was only viewing movie in mine laptop and because sudden sparking and loud sound with in the laptop which had caused the LCD glass to have scratched on it. Even at the time of discussing the same with Sony Vaio BRS Nagar , Ludhiana service representative I have told them categorically that laptop LCD is showing as broken from same reason. There is no instance from mine side laptop getting fallen or same getting broken because of accident fall or any other external factor whatever you can thing off. Even after explaining so much to service centre representative told me that broken LCD will be only considered as accidental case and as company policy they can’t go ahead with replacing same even same laptop is with in warranty period. Rather than listening properly and helping client in getting his due because of technical fault and problem SONY VAIO ,ludhiana service centre has just made their mind that since it is LCD broken case they can’t go ahead with replacing the same and with in 15 hours of handed over the laptop they have called me up & refused get the same service under warranty period and had asked to pay full amount getting new LCD display in laptop which is almost Rs. 9000 which is too high. I would like you to get in touch with your Sony Vaio Head service centre and get in investigation on same as if mine laptop would have broken by accident fall there would have been scratches and some marks visible on mine laptop which is not any case with mine laptop. Further this is case of technical fault in same laptop in which there was huge noise inside the laptop which caused the LCD broken. Mine humble request you to please help in getting the same issue looked over priority and getting mine due to get LCD replayed under warranty period. If you will see pics of laptop there 1/4th of the laptop full display is not there which clearly again show that display has not broken because of any accident or mishaps but because of technical or product fault. Because in normal viewing case of movie such thing happening is not possible unless same us technical fault or product fault. Looking forward in helping me helping me out from same pathetic customer service and getting mine due. Dear Sir I want your help in getting mine Laptop LCD display screen to be changed under guarantee period since the same got scratches because of technical and loud noise in laptop not because of accidental and broken by my fault.
