I have brought LED TV at the Cost of Rs.64,000 on 13.11.2011, Within use of 2 years & 13 days , Display Panel is failed. Reason given by Sony is that it is failed due to Natural reason . Cost of new panel is Rs.22,000 & It will have warranty of only one year again. Sony should provide Free Replacement as it is manufacturing defects. How come only Consumer is responsible for natural failure & Company who has sold the product & made profit is not responsible.
