I give my ear phone to sony service center “VIGNESWAR SERVICES” in Bangalore on 7th Dec,2013. The service agent told me that if in case this product be unavailable then its successor will be given. I request please try to find this only .They told me that within 10 days issue will be resolved On 14th dec 2013 i visited again there they told me this model is not available and for successor u have to pay the extra amount and through Demand draft . I need either headphone or you refund my money because i am not responsible for it. They said ok your money will be refunded 28-30 december,2013 But not yet i haven’t get message about it. I have called many times to local number and even to toll free number 18001037799 more than 10 times but they haven’t replied

My first priority is to punish them like fine or whatever consumer forum can do and i don’t need this money .Then i need my headphone and if headphone is not available then 100% money back because they are responsible for this.
