i have been facing issue of recurrent non functional speakers since the day i have bought it. we get one speaker repaired and the other becomes non functional automatically. and now its 3-4 speakers that have become non functional. this is 5th time that i am facing this trouble of speakers. currently 4-5 speakers are non functional, and i have got them repaired at authorised sony centres yet the problem is same. every time i call at centre and demand a permanent solution for the same, they just register my complaint and send an executive to repair, and then the cycle continues. plus there is no email or any contact info of higher authority to complaint on sony. dvd system model- dav dz340k

i demand replacement of entire dvd system.
